Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Curriculum Development

For engagements involving bespoke curriculum development or proprietary instructional design, a non-refundable retainer (typically 50% of total project cost) is required prior to commencement. Once instructional materials have been finalized and delivered to the client, the remaining balance is non-refundable regardless of event execution.

2. Live Corporate Events & Retreats

Cancellations for live, on-site training sessions must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date to receive a full refund (minus incurred travel expenses). Cancellations within 14-30 days incur a 50% penalty. Cancellations within 14 days are strictly non-refundable.

3. E-Learning Subscriptions

Annual licenses for SCORM packages and digital compliance modules may be canceled within the first 14 days of activation for a full refund, provided total organizational completion does not exceed 10%. After 14 days, digital subscriptions are non-refundable.

4. Individual Certification Prep

Individual registrants for our open-enrollment compliance and certification boot camps may request a full refund up to 72 hours before the start of the first cohort session. Post-commencement, no refunds are issued.
