1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the services provided by Orvantis Training LLC, either through physical attendance, virtual participation, or SCORM module integration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our training services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All curriculum, presentation materials, recorded lectures, workbooks, and assessments are the exclusive intellectual property of Orvantis Training LLC unless specifically contracted under a "Work-for-Hire" bespoke curriculum agreement. Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or resale of our learning materials is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Delivery & Participation

Orvantis commits to delivering instructional materials in accordance with the signed Master Services Agreement (MSA). We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants from live or virtual training environments without refund, and to substitute instructors with equivalently qualified personnel if necessary.

4. Limitation of Liability

Training provided by Orvantis is designed to impart knowledge and capability. We do not guarantee specific future employment, promotions, or freedom from regulatory action stemming from employee behavior post-training. In no event shall Orvantis be liable for damages exceeding the fee paid for the specific training cohort in question.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Natchez, Mississippi. Orvantis Training LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mississippi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.
