Data Security & LMS Compliance

Last Updated: October 2023

1. Assessment Data Integrity

During skills assessments and competency mapping, highly sensitive corporate performance data is gathered. Orvantis isolates all client data within individually encrypted, multi-tenant cloud storage arrays compliant with SOC2 Type II standards to prevent cross-exposure.

2. PII Protection in Training Ledgers

Federal and state compliance tracking requires recording Employee ID, Names, and passing scores. This Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted exclusively via TLS 1.3 to ensure secure communications between our LMS and your internal HR software.

3. Proprietary Curriculum Protection

For custom rollouts, your operating procedures, IP, and proprietary strategies may be embedded into the training modules we design. Our instructional design teams sign strict NDAs and operate on zero-trust equipment protocols to ensure your trade secrets are never exposed during the creation process.

4. Security Infrastructure

Our Natchez headquarters and remote design hubs strictly utilize hardware-level MFA, role-based access control (RBAC), and weekly vulnerability scanning. E-learning servers are subjected to quarterly penetration testing by verified third-party cybersecurity firms to ensure infrastructure fortitude.
